Profitability Management Manager（深圳）

 

【工作职责】

 

1)Involve in designing frameworks for understanding the profitability of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management(RBWM)portfolio in Pearl River Delta(PRD)..

 

2)Track vintage based business performance of RBWM products sales performance of RBWM branch network in PRD.

 

3)Produce and analyse reports to understand the present state of the PRD RBWM portfolio and propose corrective actions to meet financial benchmark against Annual Operating Plan(AOP).

 

4)Execute corrective actions based on established profitability models under Sherwood framework and also based on business AOP.

 

5)Facilitate the implementation of management strategy to drive performance based sales culture in PRD.

 

6)Liaise with multiple teams like Credit Risk,Fraud,Credit Control Services,Digital,Analytics and senior managers in the local market and regional market to deliver the performance objectives.

 

7)Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operations of financial markets.

 

【任职资格】

 

*Bachelor degree holder or above with one of the quantitative majors from any of the esteemed universities.Professional qualifications like CFA/FRM etc.would be considered a plus.

 

*5 plus years of financial industry related working experience in local or multinational organisations.RBWM working experience with a solid understanding of the RBWM products and the product economics.

 

*Excellent hands on experience with MS PowerPoint,MS Excel,MS Access.VBA with excel and PowerPoint would be an added advantage.

 

*Strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation skills.Consultative approach to decision making.

 

*Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven record of working in teams of varying sizes.

 

*Fluent in English(reading,writing and speaking)and Mandarin.Any other language knowledge would be plus.

 

*Self disciplined,motivated and well organised with a clear sense of clarity of purpose.
